1. Service operator

Farhan Ali, operating as EliaMed, sole individual (not yet registered as a formal business entity). A postal address for legal service is being finalized ahead of formal business registration in Germany. In the meantime, please contact farhan@eliamed.de for any legal correspondence, and we will respond promptly with the required information.

2. Conditional disclosures

Not applicable at this time: EliaMed is not yet registered as a business, so there is no commercial register entry, registration number, VAT/business identification number, or professional regulator to disclose. This will be updated once the planned sole proprietorship is registered in Germany.
