Service terms and medical information
1. Scope
These terms cover personal adult use of EliaMed to organise your own documents and ask informational questions. Operator details appear in the legal notice. The Service is currently free to use. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will clearly communicate pricing and require your agreement before any charge applies. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Keep credentials private and do not attempt to access another account.
2. Medical limitations
AI outputs can omit information or be wrong. EliaMed is not a substitute for qualified clinical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Discuss health decisions with a healthcare professional. Do not rely on this service in an emergency; contact local emergency services.
3. Your documents and privacy
Only submit material you are authorised to use and remove unrelated third-party personal data. You retain your rights in your documents. Processing is limited to providing the requested feature and the privacy notice; these terms do not grant permission for advertising or AI model training. Accepting terms is not consent to health processing. Keep your own original records.
4. Ending use and statutory rights
You may stop using the service and request account closure through the privacy contact. Retention and statutory exceptions are described in the privacy notice. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Before we introduce any paid plan, we will separately review payment terms and any statutory withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) information that applies to EU consumers.
